Need DAX Support

Dear Sir, 

Actually i have data like in one Table since 2019 to as on today, i want know VIN wise weather it was reported from PMS2-PMS3 & PMS3-PMS4 like that for all vehicle.

Ex:  MBHCZFB3SPE433319 - SMG DZIRE - PMS3 - 01-01-2022.

 this vehicle report for PMS3 on 01-01-22 i want to check weather it was reported to PMS4 or not after 01-01-2022 in the same table using DAX.
