I've tried various solutions found both here and through Googling, and have had no luck.
I've tried the good old +0 with no luck there.
Both questions are in the PBIX file:

It doesn't matter what you do in your measure. You can't make those show up without some additional work since those cells don't correspond to any rows in your table, auto-exists prevents anything from showing. Even if you define your measures as a constant 1, you get this:
