My Totals card is not filtering

Hello I have a report with a Totals and it is made up of the addition of measures. For example

Total= [Credit Activation Benefit]+[Port Notification: Revenue Generation]+[2 way SMS Revenue Generation]

However when I filter the report for one of those benfits (say I only want to see the Credit Activation Benefit) it does not filter right.

I think it has something to do with the fact that they are measures and In the totals I am adding them all together. I would love help.
