I'm stuck on a DAX issue where I am supposed to get the most reoccuring sub category of problems from logged tickets. My column headers are '
| Category |
| Closed Time |
| Created Time |
| Department |
| Ticket Id |
| Sub-Category |
There are more headers I can't share but these are the ones i need. I have used the measure;
CALCULATE(
VALUES(vIT_FreshService_Tickets[Sub-Category]),
FILTER(
ALL(vIT_FreshService_Tickets[Sub-Category]),
COUNTROWS(FILTER(vIT_FreshService_Tickets, vIT_FreshService_Tickets[Sub-Category] = vIT_FreshService_Tickets[Sub-Category])) =
CALCULATE(MAXX(ALL(vIT_FreshService_Tickets[Sub-Category]), COUNTROWS(vIT_FreshService_Tickets)))
)
)
The tickets are two months worth (August and September) so I do filter by date. However, i want to be able to show the most recurring by month.
All suggestions will be appreciated.
