Month wise dat combine by column value

i have three Months data  May,June.July . that three months have multuipl count values 
Count of PR,Count of RFQ,Count of IR,Count of PO,Count of GR. my tables looks like in graph 

But  requiremnts  

PR count combine one graph 

RFQ count combine one graph 

May PR -9366

June PR-9339
July PR-9274

any idea .how to split like above .thanks in advance
