ex ,
Us = sum( [houus] )/ 48.
UK = sum( [houus] )/ 45.
TN= sum( [houus] )/ 40
i want to make all of them in Measure

just create a measure:
FTE = var _US=SELECTEDVALUE('Table'[hours])/48
Var _UK=SELECTEDVALUE('Table'[hours])/45
var _UETN=SELECTEDVALUE('Table'[hours])/40
return IF(SELECTEDVALUE('Table'[item])="US",_US,IF(SELECTEDVALUE('Table'[item])="UK",_UK,_UETN))

when you divide 3753 on 48 it should give 77.81
