Hi,
I am new to Power BI. I need your help to address my query.
I have purchase data for last two months. We have purchased same items with different prices on different dates.
I want to find out the standard deviation.
Step -1
Imported the data from Power BI desktop
Item Number = Part code, Sum of Quantity = Total Purchased qty , Count of Unit Price = How many times the item was purchased, Sum of Unit Price = Unit Price for each,
Variation % = I have used Measure for calculation (Variation% = (STDEV.P('Purchase Data'[Unit Price])/AVERAGE('Purchase Data'[Unit Price]))*100)
XYZ = I have used Measure for Calculation (XYZ = IF(([Variation%]<=10),"X",IF([Variation%]<=25,"Y","Z"))
I have managed to get tables.
But, I can't use XYZ Measures for visuals.
I want output like in Table /Slicer/Graph format
XYZ | Count of Item Number |
X | 50 |
Y | 100 |
Z | 900 |
But the above is not coming. Please help me to get the same
thanks in Advance
Hi @SenthilKumarSiv
Create a single column table that contains { "X", "Y", "Z" } let's call it filter table. Place FilterTable[XYZ Column] in the table visual alon with the following measure.
Count =
SUMX (
VALUES ( 'Table'[Item Number] ),
INT ( [XYZ] = SELECTEDVALUE ( FilterTable[XYZ Column] ) )
)
Hi,
Sorry for late reply and thanks for solution..

Have a great day...
