Hi all,
This might be a basic question but I'm new to Power BI (and couldn't find a related question that translated directly to my query).
I have a field (or column) that contains two items of information, X and Y.
I need to create a measure that will give me the count of X within that column. How would I go about this?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Cheers

Hi @Anonymous
Measure =
CALCULATE(COUNT(Table1[Column]), Table1[Column] = "X")
You can also use a slicer to select "X" (or "Y") and have a more generic measure
Measure =
COUNT(Table1[Column])

That worked perfectly, thank you so much!
