Measure calculation based on condition compare month from different table.

I'm new to PowerBI, was trying to get some performance report where i was stuck having four different tables Tasks,Holidays,Leaves,Total- where the working hrs is calculated deducting hrs spent because of Holidays and leaves for that particular User if any. Each Day total no of Hrs actual : 5
