Matrix visual - measure not working on subtotals

I have a problem with the visualization of a measure in a matrix visual.

the measure i have calculates efficiency by doing this

efficiency= costs/revenues of the previus year * revenues of this year - costs of this year

it works good but i have the problem that you can see here

I can assure yuo that the values (-2 and -233 or +276 and -285) are right.

Power BI calculates the measure even at the higher level (-306 and -94) but obviously it's not the sum of the single values.

How can I manage to have the measure shoe the value I want (-235 and -9) when showing at the higher level of the hierarchy?

Please see this video for getting the right subtotals.

I watched the video and i'm trying to work wit those suggestions. But it doesn't work form me, could it be because i put in the visual row fields coming from different tables?
