MTD showing Blank when in Month Filter SelectAll option is selected

Dear Support,

 I am using below DAX for MTD (Month To Date) calculation. DAX is working fine if Month is selected in Month Filter. 

But if  SelecteAll option is selected in Month Filter MTD is showing Blank. 

MTD_SALES_VAT = TOTALMTD([TOT_SALES_VAT],'Date'[Date])

We need if SelectAll option is selected in Month Filter.  MTD DAX to show current month figure.

1.   If SelectAll selected in Month Filter

 

 2.  If Month is selected in Month Filter. MTD Dax is working fine

 3. If Month is selected from JAN-AUG in Month Filter. MTD Dax is working fine 

4. If Month is selected from JAN-SEP in Month Filter. MTD Dax is showing Blank.
