LOOKUPVALUE with more that one matching search criteria

Hi Community

I am looking to create a LOOKUPVALUE function that is needing two or more searchcolumn criteria

I have a Lookup table that has two variable search criteria columns before it pulls back data in the Result_columnname

Can anyone help with this? In excel it would be a kind vlookup with an IF statement if that helps
