    Here are the steps you can follow：

    1. Create calculated column.

    Column =
IF(
    'Table1'[Delivery]=1,TRUE(),FALSE())

    2. Result:

If it helps, I think I can simplify this by adding a conditional column in Table 1 so that if delivery = 1, then output TRUE
