My apologies

Here is one of the tables I am working with. There is also a column called "units" which has been cut off

The QTY1 and QTY2 values are sourced from a table where those are rows in a column called Category. There are six other values in addition to the QTY1 and QTY2

I would like to do calculations with those values, so I created two measures which calculate the total in each category  (one for QTY1 and one for QTY2). After that, I created another measure which subtracts the two (QTY1-QTY2). That's what I wanted to do, but the problem is that there are 8 other values I would like to subtract, and there are quite a few combinations to create measures for each and every one.

I was wondering if there is any DAX I can write to make it possible to do these types of calculations for more than two specific values. I hope I cleared things up for you. Thanks so much for your time.

@Anonymous i'm still not very clear. Read this post to get your answer quickly.
