Interactive video in a dashboard

Hello everyone,

Is it possible to add a video in a Power BI dashboard and know where we are in the viewing to adapt the graphics to the outside?

I would like to make a dashboard to analyze a TV show, and if we move forward or backward, we see a line change on a graph that would represent the audience.
