In a matrix show role start & end date and allocation start & end date

Hi,

I have created following matrix which shows Roles and employee who has been allocated. In the Values, it is showing employee's FTE.

Data set it is using

Questions:

Q1. I want to show duration of actual role start and end date as well in the matrix. Example for EmpName1 allocation is only till April, but the actual end date of the role is May. How to show that in the visual?

Q2. I want to show roles which are not allocated as well. Example role 3 and Proj2 roles are unallocated. If I select show item with no data, it shows all the combinations. I don’t want that.

Appreciate any solution. It need not be Matrix, can be any visual.

Happy to share the pbix, but cant see any option to do so in this message.
