Ignoring Months in a Forecast by Month table to get Total Budget and Budget variance

Hi,

I have a table that shows forecast by cost category by month.  I want to use this table for my business partners to see their forecast by month.  I also want to add a column at the end to show only the TOTAL budget for that cost category and the Total Forecast vs budget variance.  I can't figure out which DAX functions to use to filter out the months. Example below:
