If table A has "text" then calculate sum on 2 different tables

Hello,

I have 2 tables. Table A and Table B

If Table A contains "Accept" then it should equal calculate(sum(Table A Column C) - calcuatesum(Table B Column D)

If Table A does not contain "Accept" Then it should equal 0.

I've tried using IF/IS IN SCOPE,

I've tried using the filter function

sumx filter

All are giving me sintax errors. Anyone know the best way to figure this out.

Thank you,

Awarded Carrier Linehaul comes from a differrent table then Linehaul. So if this row = Tender Reject I want Spend Variance Measure to = 0

If Tender Accept, it should calucate as it is below.

So ideally should be a simple IF statement but I keep getting errors.

Let me know if this helps.
