A user wants a table with some repeating information to display alternating background colours to show they belong to the same ID.
Basically I want each row to check if the ID is the same as the previous row and if not, change colour for that row. Is there a way to use DAX to get a result of either a 1 or 0, and then I can use conditional formatting with that.

Apologies if this has been dealt with previously - I've spend some time searching these forums and i may not be using the correct search terms. I'm fairly new to DAX and it feels like i'm jumping into the deep end with this!
