IN Operator and Values : A table of multiple values was supplied where a single value was expected

Hi Folks,

When I use the below formula I get this error "A table of multiple values was supplied where a single value was expected"

Top 5 Stores Sales Records = FILTER('Sales Fact',
RELATED('Store Dim'[Store Name]) IN {VALUES('Top 5 Stores'[Store Name])})

Top 5 Stores is a calculated table.

Any idea why this is happening? I belive IN should work here, if you can suggest any alternative to IN to filter multiple values that would be great.

Regards
Vikrant

Hi @vikrantarora25  - remove the { } from around VALUES and it should work for you.

See this for more about the IN operator https://www.sqlbi.com/articles/the-in-operator-in-dax/

Hope this helps
