Please see below my excel formula which is returning the right result 

Excel Formula =+COUNTIFS(B:B,B2,A:A,A2,C:C,">"&C2)+1

Hi,

This calculated column formula works

= CALCULATE(countrows(data),FILTER(Data,Data[P08.Style No.]=EARLIER(Data[P08.Style No.])&&Data[Region]=EARLIER(Data[Region])&&Data[Rank1]>=EARLIER(Data[Rank1])))

then a new column

Rankx(Table, [Rank1],,desc,dense)
