I am not able to access Quickbooks online using Power BI connector

I am using Quickbooks online and want to extract data into Power BI using Power BI inbuilt connector. 

However when I put in my login details I am getting blank screen as shown below

Is anyone facing the same issue? Can anyone help me with this?

QuickBooks Online (Beta)

Beginning on August 1, 2020, Intuit will no longer support Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 (IE 11) for QuickBooks Online. When you use OAuth2 for authorizing QuickBooks Online, after August 1, 2020, only the following browsers will be supported:

  • Microsoft Edge
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Google Chrome
  • Safari 11 or newer (Mac only)

For information about current Microsoft Edge support in Power BI Desktop, go to

@vjain510 , I checked issues and did not find anyone reporting that. Try to clear the credentials using clear permission under datasource setting (Data tranformation -> home tab)  and see if that can work.
