How to use exponential operator

I have data in excel that i'm trying to transfer into a BI report. However, i'm stuck with one formula =(YEAR/YEAR)^(1/YEAR-YEAR (pulled from an already determined formula))-1

 

Or Cell A1 =2019-2015

 

=(2019/2015)^(1/A1)-1

 

Appreciate any help.
