How to show pivot columns that have no values in any row

Hi all,

I have a matrix with sales data.  The pivot column can take on 21 different values which are the categories of the sales amounts.  I would like to show all the columns at all times.  In other words to show all the columns when no rows have sales in those categories.  How can that be done?

Hi @gspollock ,

To do this, follow these steps:

• Select the matrix visual that you want to modify.
• Go to the Format pane on the right side of the Power BI Desktop window.
• Expand the Values section and find the Show items with no data option.
• Turn on the Show items with no data option for each value that you want to display in the matrix columns.
