In this example table you can see that there are 4 levels. I am trying to create a column where I can fnid the parent value of a value. For example in the first row, in level three the value is "R98300" and its parent is in level 2 whose value is "R8155C" The column I create will have a row for each iteration throughout the Levels. It goes from higher levels to lower levels. Thanks!

@Anonymous , Try a new column like
Switch(True() ,
isblank(Table[Level4]) && not(isblank(Table[Level3])) && not(isblank(Table[Level2])) , Table[Level 2],
not(isblank(Table[Level4])) && not(isblank(Table[Level3])) , Table[Level 3],
[Level 1]
)
