How to hide Blank Column of a Measure

Dear All -

Hi I want to hide a blank column of a measure in my Matrix table.

Actually the measure is showing variance percentage over last year. i have following columns and do not need the one crossed. How i can hide it? pl note if i manualy reduce the column width the other Var % measure with value also follow it.....

Year 1 - OK

Var % - measure [blank and not required]

Year 2 - OK

Var % - measure [OK and required]
