How to get total value clustered bar chart for particular field and order wise

 i having Dataset like Reduction buckets and value  . data table looks like 

Reductionbucktes                             value

Overstock                                           45

Scrap                                                  34

Material                                              23

SEMS                                                 67

Supply                                            23

i want get total value and order Wise .   Like below 

also i have attached sample dataset attached with PBI file .    please any one help me to get total value and order wise .
