How to get last month value

Let assume I have the following table

And I want to get only the last month value for each relevant customer. It should be dynamic relevant to the date I check the power bi visual. for example, if check the report today (11/16/2020) value should be the last month  (10/31/2019) value only. Not the sum of all value only value corresponding to last month. Thanks in advance

Though it is not in the above table, Let assume all values up to the last month are there and how can I get last month's value from today.
