How to filter my table to show only transactions with specific status

Hi everyone,

I have a table in my report that looks like this

But i'd like to filter the data such that my table should only show the transactions with Purchase orders (PO) where status  = "Received". I am expecting my table to look like this,

What could be the dax formula to filter this?

Thank you so much for your help.

Hi @Anonymous You can create filter for column Status and can select the "Received Status". This will be visible on dashboard. If you do not want it to be visible then you can use the Filters pane (on the left of Visualization pane) and can use the field - Apply filters on Visual and use Status column to apply it.

Could you please mark this as a solution if this works for you.

Thanks

Radhika

Hi @Radhika2605 thank you for your reply. I understand what you're suggesting however I need only the transactions with Purchase Orders where status = Received . The transaction should not have a PO with Waiting status under it. So I only need the highlighted ones
