How to dynamically add a subtotal column that contains multiple aggregation functions in a matrix

Hi all,

I want to add a subtotal row in a matrix visual. It would be an easy task if all the rows have the same aggregation function, but in my case, some rows have average and weighted average besides the default sum function. I don't have a great experience in DAX, so please help me with this.

Thank you in advance
