How to derive result by grouping

I am trying to get an output by grouping fields. Unfortunately I am unable to do so by grouping fields.

I got the following result(sample) by calculating the measure of :(total no of agent responses)/(total closed conversations)

Would be great help if you could assist me with this query.

Your first table is missing the agent level granularity. Without that you cannot produce a grouping that makes sense.

thank you for your reply. As per my working spreadsheet there is no column related to Agent level. only table two has type of agent.
