How to create this particular type of slicer on pbi?

I have a table with specialitem and item1 and item2, item3 and their prices, and I’m
I’m trying to do a slicer that when I select specialitem it will filter my graph by specialitem, if I don’t select the specialitem it have to show me on the graph all the other items except for specialitem, I’m asking if there is another way besides using a calculated column.

In Power BI, on selection of the button events, you can navigate to and from between pages, bookmarks, and there are some other functionalities as well.

As per your requirement, you need to understand the concept of Bookmarks.

Your measure won't work.
VAR Complete = CALCULATE([Nm Documents], FILTER(tabledoc, tabledoc[status] = "COMPLETED"))
VAR All1 = CALCULATE([Nm Documents], FILTER(tabledoc, tabledoc[status] <> "COMPLETED"))
RETURN
IF(Switch(True(), SELECTEDVALUE(tabledoc[status]) = "COMPLETED", Complete, ALL1))

The red line seems wrong to me.
You need to create 2 visuals and implement the concepts of Bookmarks in Power BI and play with buttons and bookmarks simultaneously to achieve the same.

Thank you.
