How to create a measure for row wise percentage change?

I have a directquery table with Index and windspeed columns. I want to create a measure that can calculate a row wise percentage change. I have created a calculated column but i cannot use calculated columns as a slicer for line graphs. 

How can i create a measure or is there a way to use calculated column as dynamic column selector?
