How to change Label in Matrix visualization

Hi,

I have a matrix visual and with the help of a DAX formula, I arrived at the Variance as a part of the Matrix itself. But unfortunately, I am not sure how to change the Label which says "Total" to "Variance".

Kindly help with this as otherwise, Total label is completely looking irrelevant.

Hi,

Currently, I use the below formula to arrive at Variance in the above table which I have posted originally. But one more challenge is, I don't know how do I add Variance % in the last row below variance row.

Any help is much appreciated.

Variance =
IF (
ISFILTERED ( Query4[YM] ),
SUM ( Query4[spends] ),
CALCULATE (
SUM ( Query4[spends] ),
VALUES ( Query4[WK_D] ),
Query4[YM] = 2020010
)
- CALCULATE (
SUM ( Query4[spends] ),
VALUES ( Query4[WK_D] ),
Query4[YM] = 202009
)
)
