How to calculate with several filtered values in the same column and summarize them

Hi, 

I basically want to summarize the actual weight of different filtered products. 

For example, 

Weight fruits B = (Banana + kiwi + apple) -  waste

Weight fruits C = Grapes

Total weight fruits BC = Fruits B + Fruits C (returned as a scalar value) 

What I got now is this 

CALCULATE( [weight (kg)], KEEPFILTERS(BU[BUid] = "South"),

KEEPFILTERS(PRODUCT[PRODUCT] IN {"("Banana" + "kiwi" + "apple") -  "waste"}),
KEEPFILTERS(PRODUCT[PRODUCT] IN {"("grapes"}))

Ofc, this doesnt work with keepfilters. How should I go at it by using DAX?

VAR _Filter_BUid =
    CALCULATE ( [weight (kg)], FILTER ( BU, BU[BUid] = "South" ) )
VAR _Weight_fruits_B =
    SUMX (
        FILTER ( PRODUCT, PRODUCT[PRODUCT] IN { "Banana", "kiwi", "apple" } ),
        _Filter_BUid
    )
        - SUMX ( FILTER ( PRODUCT, PRODUCT[PRODUCT] = "waste" ), _Filter_BUid )
VAR _Weight_fruits_C =
    SUMX ( FILTER ( PRODUCT, PRODUCT[PRODUCT] = "grapes" ), _Filter_BUid )
RETURN
    _Weight_fruits_B + _Weight_fruits_C
