How to calculate the percentage of calls answered within 15 seconds by using DAX query ?

I'm working on project related to CAD system, I would like to know how to calculate the percentage of calls answered within 15 seconds, 30 seconds by using DAX ?

Hi,

This is my request , I would like to calculate the percent of calls answered in 15 seconds, 40 seconds. Below column Enter to reponse were calculated in seconds. Using calender date table to make slice and dice the data to answer the request, However I can give the screenshot of the chart how it would be like for your reference.
