Measure = CALCULATE(COUNT('Table'[STORE-SKN]),FILTER(ALLEXCEPT('Table','Table'[SKN]),[Inventory]<=0))

want to calculate another col with count of Out os stock store by SKN. total count of store for each skn

above calculation gives me Count of stores for an SKN, can we add count store with inventory less then or equal to 0. this will give stores out of inv for SKN.
