How to calculate monthly average

I have a column with days and I need to calculate the average value for each month by repeating that value for every day of that month.

Example,

DateValueAverage
01/01/2021 150100
01/02/2021 100100

01/20/2021

 50100

Hi, @Anonymous

Please check the below picture and the sample pbix file's link down below.

I tried to create an extended version of the sample pbix file based on the explanation.

Picture1.png

Avg Monthly Measure =
VAR currentmonth =
EOMONTH ( MAX ( 'Table'[Date] ), 0 )
RETURN
IF (
ISFILTERED ( 'Table'[Date] ),
AVERAGEX (
FILTER ( ALL ( 'Table' ), EOMONTH ( 'Table'[Date], 0 ) = currentmonth ),
'Table'[Value]
)
)
