Hi:

I think youshould do two measures, so you can see the application.

A base measure. Certified% = DIVIDE([Active-User Head Count],[Active User Head count])

   Certified Demo = CALCULATE[Certfied%], Filter('Activity Log', 'Activity Log'[Initiative Type] = "Best Practice Roll Out" || 'Activity Log'[Initiative Type] = "Sprint")
)

I don't think you need ALLEXCEPT for Year as the year should filter. In case you do then

 Certified Demo II = CALCULATE[Certfied%], Filter('Activity Log', 'Activity Log'[Initiative Type] = "Best Practice Roll Out" || 'Activity Log'[Initiative Type] = "Sprint"), ALLEXCEPT(Calendar,Calendar[Year])))

I hope this works as a solution for you..

Hi:

Your are close. Everything looks good on second line up to ...[Year]), ALLEXCEPT('Activity log', 'Activity log'[Initiative Type]). I'm highlighting the code to replace where you have && ..

So just change the last part of the measure and not use && ALL........

If this works for you can you accept as solution? Thanks
