Is it what you need to build?

If it is the case, this is the steps to follow:

1) in visulation select Line chart

2) In x-axis, select your date

3) replace the hierachy by the date

4) add the three given values in Y-axis, if you want, you can change the type of aggregation

5)Turn on the data label, In visualizations --> Format your visual

Search for data label and turn it on

If it is not what you are trying to achieve, give us more context like a sample of your dataset and the kind of measure you need to build
