Just add a zero to your code like this :
Count of TicketStatus for Working = CALCULATE( COUNTA('ABF Unique Address Request form V1 (2)'[TicketStatus]), 'ABF Unique Address Request form V1 (2)'[TicketStatus] IN { "Working" } ) + 0
