How can I make sure that the filters on DAX do not get lost after renaming?

Tell me please There is a column "Aggregate name" in this column there are different names of signals. I don't like these names and I want to rename them, for this I use the SUBSTITUTE command.

Code:

Name of the units= SUBSTITUTE([Unit name],"DB signal ","Signal 1")

Let's say that at some point in time I want to rename it from "Signal 1" to "Signal 2" After renaming, the filters will go wrong

How can I make sure that the filters on DAX do not get lost after renaming?

Create a separate column with the ID of each signal.  Base your filters on the ID column.  Then you can change names without impacting the result.

I tried to do it via SWITCH, but nothing worked

Aggregates name = SWITCH( TRUE(), [Aggregate name] = "LD11_Cnt_weight_1","LD11: Scales No.5", [Unit name] = "Cnt_Saw1_CutStart","Saw 1-n", [Unit name] = "Cnt_Saw2_CutStart","Saw 2-h2")

Can you send me a sample code?
