Help with statistical calculations in DAX

Excel example with working formula 

Hello, all! 
Please help withc calculations in DAX with measure. If your could advice PQ script, it'll be greate too! 
I think about measure with VAR, but could solve the task. 
The problem is in corresponding cells calculation starting from row 15 in attached excel file. 
Example:
E15 = C15/G3+(E14+F14)
F15 = (E15-E14)+F14

G15 = C15/E15+G3
E16 = C16/G4+(E15+F15)

F16 = (E16-E15)+F15

G16 = C16/E16+G4

Where i need to calculate 3 formulas in colums E,F,G from 15 row to 23
How it should work - already done in excel.
