Hello!
I have a formula that is calculating (columns) delivery date/time - order date/time - (measure) non-work days. It seems to be mostly working but is slightly off from what my Excel formual is giving me.

Can someone tell me what I am missing in Power BI that is throwing the numbers slightly off?

Any update on this? Can you please share some dummy data that keep the raw data structure with expected results? It should help us clarify your scenario and test to coding formula.
