Hi, i have created a mesure which is doing the following
% Handled - Abandoned <20s =
(SUM('daily_aggregated_calls_v1'[call_handled])/((SUM('daily_aggregated_calls_v1'[call_offered])) - SUM('daily_aggregated_calls_v1'[calls_handled_lt_20sec])/100))
the measure works fine but if i have zero calls in [calls_handled_lt_20sec] then the % is over 100% when a manual calcurlation puts it at 100%
example
Calls Handled 1 / calls offered 1 - calls_handled_lt_20sec 1 / 100 = 100% but power BI is showing it as 101%
it still doesnt work, it puts eveytthing to 100% or 200%
@roryv2002 let me know what do you want to be shown as result when
SUM('daily_aggregated_calls_v1'[calls_handled_lt_20sec]) = zero

Hi it nearly works, it puts it at 10000.00% rather then 100.0%
Hi @roryv2002 then update "100" to "1". Let me know the results.

Hi @roryv2002 try with if:
IF(
SUM('daily_aggregated_calls_v1'[call_offered]) - SUM('daily_aggregated_calls_v1'[calls_handled_lt_20sec]) = 0,
100,
(SUM('daily_aggregated_calls_v1'[call_handled]) / (SUM('daily_aggregated_calls_v1'[call_offered]) - SUM('daily_aggregated_calls_v1'[calls_handled_lt_20sec])) / 100)
)
