Switch(true() ,

[Month no] <=3, [1 three],

[Month no] <=7, [2 Four],

[3 Five])

or

Switch(true() ,

[Month] in {"Jan", "Feb", "Mar"},  [1 three],

[Month] in {"Apr", "may", "Jun", "Jul"}, [2 Four],

[3 Five])
