I have below type of "actuals" data:
Since latest actual data is just for May, average for the last 6 months is easy to calculate. The columns are measures that I calculated based on a sample data below:
This is just a sample data but the main issue that I have is that the dates are in the columns which is making it harder for me to actually use DAX to use dates.
Are there any other ways to calculate the rolling average once for example July data is now set (then 6 month average is from Feb to July, and so on.) keeping them in the column??

You would be much better off using Power Query to unpivot the date columns so that you only have 3 columns - customer, date and value. You can then implement a date table and all of your date-based calculations will be much simpler.
