Hi, @Nick_2510

To open a Power BI file that has been saved as an archive, you will need to first extract the contents of the archive to a folder on your computer. Once the contents of the archive have been extracted, you can then open the Power BI file as you would normally by double-clicking on the .pbix file.

Here are the steps to extract the contents of an archive:

  • 1. Right-click on the archive file and select "Extract All" from the context menu.
  • 2. In the "Extract Compressed (Zipped) Folders" dialog box, select a destination folder for the extracted files.
  • 3. Click the "Extract" button to extract the contents of the archive to the selected folder.

Once the extraction process is complete, you should be able to find the Power BI file in the extracted folder and open it as usual.
