!!!!HELP!!!!! need workhours by month got the workhours by week

i have a datamodel with workers and the workhours by week for example

Name             Hours By Week

steven             40

Hanah             32

Brigit               32

Jane                40

now i want to generate a colum or a measure for their hours by month so if got their workhours by week but also by month. so if i filter op January i see their month hours if i filter februari i se their moth hours etc.
