Getting the Measures Max value of each group

Hi Team,

I need help to get Maximum value of Measure.

I used below DAX function but its give wrong output.

Target_Conversion% = CALCULATE(MAXX('Cashier,salesman & Performance',[Conversion%]),ALL('Cashier,salesman & Performance'))

The pattern is:
MinScoreMeasure = MINX ( SUMMARIZE ( Table, Table[Group] , "Measure",[YourMeasure] ), [Measure])
MaxScoreMeasure = MAXX ( SUMMARIZE ( Table, Table[Group] , "Measure",[YourMeasure] ), [Measure])
AvgScoreMeasure = AVERAGEX ( SUMMARIZE ( Table, Table[Group] , "Measure",[YourMeasure] ), [Measure])
etc.

Hi Greg, Thanks for replying and I have followed your suggestion and have done some work accordingly. 

As I am new to the DAX, I'll be needing your suggestion. It shows the same value as Conversion%, but I require max value.

Can you please share a pbix or some dummy data and DAX expressions that keep raw data structure with expected results? It should help us clarify your scenario and test to coding formula.
